Kerala PSC KAS Officer Trainee Recruitment 2025: Vacancy Details

Kerala PSC has announced 31 vacancies for the KAS Officer (Junior Time Scale) Trainee post. The vacancies are divided into three streams as follows:

• Stream 1 (Direct Recruitment) – 11 vacancies
• Stream 2 (Recruitment from Government Employees) – 10 vacancies
• Stream 3 (Recruitment from First Gazetted Officers) – 10 vacancies

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree (including professional courses) from a recognized university in India.

Age Limit

• Stream 1: 21 – 32 years (Born between 02.01.1993 – 01.01.2004)
• Stream 2: 21 – 40 years (Born between 02.01.1985 – 01.01.2004)
• Stream 3: Must be below 50 years as of 01.01.2025

Note: Age relaxation is available for SC/ST, OBC, and differently-abled candidates as per government rules.

Selection Process for Kerala PSC KAS Officer Trainee Recruitment 2025

The selection process includes:

1. Preliminary Examination – Screening Test
2. Main Examination – Descriptive Exam
