Eligibility Criteria

For Public Sector Candidates:
- Candidates should be holding a post in CPSE (Central Public Sector Enterprises), State PSU, or Autonomous Bodies, equivalent to Level-8 in the pay matrix (Rs. 47,600 – Rs. 1,51,100).
- Alternatively, candidates with five years of experience at Level-7 in the pay matrix (Rs. 44,900 – Rs. 1,42,400) are also eligible.
For Private Sector Candidates:
- Candidates must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
- They must have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Stenographer, Private Secretary, or PPS with officers of the level of Directors or Executive Directors in PSUs or private sectors.
- The applicant’s annual CTC should be at least Rs. 5.5 lakh per year.
