- Plus Supervisor Certificate of Competency from ELBO, Odisha/NPC, Govt of India OR
- Diploma or Higher Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above
Junior Manager (Finance):
- Matric (10th) with 15 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above OR
- Graduate with 10 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above OR
- Graduate with PG Degree/Diploma in Commerce with 8 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above OR
- CA (Inter)/ICWAI (Inter) with 8 years of experience in NE-4 grade and above
