• Duration: 3 months 27 days
• Deliverables:
  • Outline: 30 days
  • First Draft: 40 days
  • Peer Review: 50 days
  • Final Draft: 58 days
• Remuneration: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month
• Upper Age Limit: 65 years
• Reporting Mechanism: Member NDMA

2. Short-Term Senior Consultant

• Division: Ops Division
• Purpose: To prepare guidelines on Civil-Military Liaison for Disaster Management
• Number of Positions: 01
• Scope of Work: Pan India
• Duration: 3 months 27 days
• Deliverables:
  • Outline: 30 days
  • First Draft: 40 days
  • Peer Review: 50 days
  • Final Draft: 58 days
• Remuneration: ₹1,25,000 – ₹1,75,000 per month
• Upper Age Limit: 65 years
• Reporting Mechanism: Member NDMA

Eligibility Criteria

1. Short-Term Lead Consultant

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Disaster Management or a related field
• OR Retired Government employee with experience in disaster management
• Desirable: M.Phil or Ph.D. in Disaster Management or related field

Work Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in disaster management with a government organization
• OR Retired government employee with a Grade Pay of ₹10,000 (pre-revised) / Level-14 (7th CPC)
• Desirable: Experience with government agencies, international organizations, or public sector agencies dealing with disaster management

2. Short-Term Senior Consultant

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Disaster Management or a related field
• OR Retired Government employee with experience in disaster management
• Desirable: M.Phil or Ph.D. in Disaster Management or related field

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in disaster management with a government organization
• OR Retired government employee with a Grade Pay of ₹8,700 (pre-revised) / Level-13 (7th CPC)
• Desirable: Experience with government agencies, international organizations, or public sector agencies dealing with disaster management
