Eligibility Criteria
Post: Advisor/Civil
Education
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech.) or equivalent in a relevant field.
Experience
- A minimum of 25 years of work experience in railway infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should have held a position with a scale of pay at:
- CDA: ₹2,25,000/- (Level 17) or above.
- IDA: ₹2,00,000–₹3,70,000/- (Schedule ‘A’ CMD) or above.
- Age Limit: Maximum 70 years (as of December 20, 2024).

- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate from a UGC-recognized university or an AICTE-approved institution.
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years in a government organization.
- Significant contributions in non-fare revenue generation, property development, or related fields.
- Experience with tendering, facility management, arbitration cases, and asset monetization.
- Preferred Experience:
- Prior roles in Indian Railways, IRCTC, or Metro organizations.
- The scale of pay at superannuation should be CDA ₹144200-218200 (L14) or IDA ₹120000-280000 (E8) or above.
- Maximum Age: 65 years (as of 20/12/2024)
