The educational qualifications, and age limit required for JNPA recruitment are detailed below.
Educational Qualification
(1) Pilot:
- Certificate of competency as Master of Foreign Going Ship (Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India) and one-year post-qualification experience as Master or Chief Officer of a foreign-going ship.
Age Limit: 18-40 years
(2) Safety Inspector:
- Degree in Physics or Chemistry or a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), along with a Diploma in Industrial Safety and 5 years of experience in safety handling explosive materials and hazardous goods.
Age Limit: 18-35 years
(3) Manager (Marine Engineering):
MOT II class motor certificate and 2 years experience as an independent watch-keeping engineer on a foreign ship.
Age Limit: 18-35 years
