Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Technician Apprentices: 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, etc.) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Trade Apprentices: 2-year ITI certification in Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, or Machinist
- Graduate Apprentices: Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BBA) with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): 12th pass with basic computer skills
- DEO (Skill Certificate Holders): 12th pass + skill certificate in ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’
Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 24 years (Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – up to 10 years)
Selection Process for Indian Oil Corporation Recruitment 2025
- Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates will be selected based on marks obtained in their qualifying examination.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must provide their original documents for verification.
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must meet IOCL’s medical fitness criteria.
Stipend Details
- Technician & Graduate Apprentices: Partial stipend from IOCL and Government’s BOAT scheme.
