FSSAI Internship 2024: The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) started the internship in the month of January 2025 under the Internship Scheme 2024. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online mode.

FSSAI Internship 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be pursuing a full-time Graduate/Post Graduate Degree or higher from a recognized institute in India or abroad in one of the following fields:
- Post Graduate Degree/B.Tech/BE in disciplines such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, Food Science & Technology, Food & Nutrition, Edible Oil Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural or Horticultural Sciences, Industrial Microbiology, Toxicology, Public Health, Life Science, Biotechnology, Fruit & Vegetable Technology, or Food Safety & Quality Assurance.
- Business Administration and Management, including policy regulation and related fields.
- PG Diploma/Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, and Public Relations.
- B.E./B.Tech students in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related streams (only 3rd and 4th-year students are eligible).
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Policy or Public Administration (applicable only for FSSAI Headquarters).
- Bachelor/ Master of Law.
Stipend for FSSAI Internship 2024
A total stipend of ₹10,000 will be provided to eligible interns for the entire internship period based on attendance, assessment by reporting officers, and evaluation of reports by the Head of Department or Regional Office/Directors of National Food Laboratories at FSSAI Headquarters.
