Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- A BE/B.Tech/AMIE/GIETE degree in any discipline from an AICTE-approved college or a recognized university.
- A Diploma in Industrial Safety conducted by an institute under the Directorate General, Factory Advice Service, and Labour Institutes (DGFASLI), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in a factory in a supervisory capacity.
- Relevant industrial experience in safety management, environmental and fire safety audits, and risk analysis is essential.
Language Requirement:
- Adequate knowledge of Tamil.
Age Limit (as of 01.12.2024):
- General/EWS: Maximum 32 years
- SC/ST: 5 years of relaxation
- OBC: 3 years of relaxation
- PwBD: Additional 10 years of relaxation, applicable as per category norms.
BEL Recruitment 2024 – Salary and Benefits
- Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000/-
- Additional allowances include:
- Dearness Allowance

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2024
- Written Test:
- Weightage: 85%
- The venue and details will be shared via email.
- Interview:
- Weightage: 15%
- Candidates shortlisted from the written test (in a 1:7 ratio) will be called for the interview.
- Final results will be published on the official BEL website.
