Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Works/Management Accountant (CWA).
- OR Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Management specializing in Finance from UGC/AICTE-approved institutions.
- Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years (E2 Grade) or 2 years (E1 Grade) post-qualification experience in finance and accounts, ideally in tea company accounts.
- Proficiency in IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
Age Limit:
- Maximum 37 years for E2 Grade.
- Maximum 32 years for E1 Grade.
Job Location:
Tea Division, Kolkata
Compensation for AYCL Recruitment 2024
- Grade E2: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000
- Grade E1: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000
