CMPFO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (as of the closing date)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 27 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD (UR): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen (ESM): 3 years (after deduction of military service)
- Meritorious Sports Persons: 5 years
2. Educational Qualification
Stenographer Grade III
- Essential:
- 12th class pass from a recognized board.
- Speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute in English.
- Desirable: Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Social Security Assistant (SSA)
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
- Desirable:
- Computer Training Certificate from a recognized institution.

Selection Process for CMPFO Recruitment 2025
- The selection is based on merit from the Public Disclosure List of non-recommended candidates from SSC Exams:
- Stenographer Grade III – Based on Stenographer Grade C and D Exam 2022.
- Social Security Assistant (SSA) – Based on SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam 2023.
- No interview or skill test will be conducted by the CMPFO.
- Candidates will be selected in a 1:3 ratio (three times the vacancies).
- The final selection is subject to document verification.
